Delivery delay's and lack of information

Urgent parcel has been at JHB depot for almost 4 days. Previous contact with customer services suggested that delivery was likely 2 days ago, but still no update on tracking for over 3 days now. Have tried in vain to make contact with a Customer Services agent for past 48 hours. I just want some information on when delivery is likely so that I know whether to make alternative arrangements or not. No feedback is not helpful!!!
