Delivery delays

This is the worst courier company. I ordered an item from @incredible connection on the 31st of May today its 06th of June I have not received my parcel. I have been call, I'm speaking to different agent,(Prishanta,Pearl,Edith ect ) each day I'm speaking a new person. They **** and I wasn't available when they tried to deliver. I'm offering to collect my item, they still don't want me to collect. I'm now frustrated as I need this item for my mid year exams. If I knew Aramex is involved. I was gonna collect my parcel at the store.
