Delivery Delay - Not Delivered

I ordered from SHEIN and on the app it said I would receive my order after two weeks but two weeks passed and nothing happened my order was due to be delivered on the 23rd of September but I recieved no communication from the delivery company I paid all fees required on time and still havent recieved my order. I email Aramax and they requested proof of my order and payment I sent it to them and they advised me that my order is detained and I must be the order that contacts their detained desk to enquire. You would think since they busy with the delivery they would assist efficiently with the delivery when there is a delay in delivery but no I have to be the one that does the run around, the service is poor and agents are not professional in responding to complaints. This is my last resort as I am not receiving any joy
