Delivery delay/ No Reply/ Bad altitude

My parcel was stop in custom, I only get a mail inform me, I rep**** the mail but never get reply. 2 weeks later my parcel is still in customs, there's no submission has been done after the whole 2 weeks. And it's really difficult to contact them.
