Delivery Delay

I have been waiting on my order and there is no communication on the delay. The order was supposed to have arrived a week ago and it's quite. I have tried calling and there is no answer... I have paid customs and with my order are my colleagues clothes and one is leaving today going home for December holidays now she will go without her clothes. I am so mad especially with the lack of communication. Even when I track the order seems to be going back and forth but not coming to me. It was in OR Tambo, then in Sandton, back to OR Tambo and again in Sandton!
