Delivery companies

I've sent a parcel to lenz on27 of 10 2021 still have not delivered the parcel in lenasia joburg they say it went missing in joburg but it's over a month and half I phone every week but the same story they checking and I'm from port elizabeth it becoming ridiculous every single week same old **** story they don't satisfy us as customers really I'm unhappy and want the parcel back or something needs to be done I'm tired.+*** it my number zunaid.
