Delivery awaited for past 10 days

I am expecting a courier delivered by Aramex for past 10 days.. i did receive a call on 27th however i couldnt collect the parcel as i was at work. when i spoke to the delivery boy, i requested to deliver the parcel after 6 on weekdays or any time during weekends OR suggest me an alternative. I was told that courier will be delivered same day by evening shift guys after 6. I have been waiting since then but in vain. Enough of follow-ups on customer care number, sent an email but to no avail. Hope you can address my concern urgently and get the parcel delivered with no further delay. BRC***
