**** DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Why is ZARA still using Aramex when they fail to do their job so many times? My order was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, around 11am Aramex send me an email saying they attempted to deliver. I was home waiting for it and there was no call or anyone who came. I was shocked coz I wanted it so bad I had to wait for it.

I was expecting they would reschedule to Monday.Monday there's no reschedule message, I then wrote an email and found their WhatsApp number online, after 3 hours of waiting for response the WhatsApp agent tell me, delivery was attempted on Saturday and at my address that I live alone they told the driver they don't know me😳. HOW? Who told him? OK, why didn't he call me then.

These people make **** delivery attempts, and it's my 3rd dealing with such **** delivery attempts. I gave the agent my details and contacts again( the one they have) but no contact to tell me when will they deliver. Aramex is the worst courier company and I don't understand why do ZARA keep using them.

After my email and WhatsApp with the agent my package hasn't been rescheduled for delivery, no one has contacted me yet they have my contact number. I have to go around to search how to contact them and even then they don't help.

VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY 😢
