Delivery Attempted - LIE!!!!

I ordered a parcel that should have been delivered already. They said they attempted to deliver the item and that is a LIE. I registered with my office address and I would have known If they had attempted to make a delivery. Can this be sorted out as it seems to be a common issue with this company??
