Delivery attempt lies

Hello. When I track my delivery is says: Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Reschedule. It shows that there have been 6 failed delivery attempts. I am not sure how this is the case because I have been home every single day of December. I have received no calls from a driver waiting outside my complex to deliver my parcel. I am getting concerned that my parcel will get sent back to Hong Kong. If Aramex is swamped and can not delivery my parcel, I would rather see a status update that says "delivery delayed" rather than being blamed for the lack of deliver because "customer was unavailable" when I have been home the whole day. On 2 status updates they have even said they called but couldn't reach me but there have been no record of any calls. I can be patient because it was the holiday season and I made my purchase during Black Friday but the company has to be honest.
