Delivery

I had a package couried on the 9th of December 2015 to Lebowakgomo(Thabamoopo Magistrate Court) from Pick n Pay Cycad,I was told the package would be delivered the next day. The following day I made an enquiry with the person who was supposed to receive the parcel,and she said she did not receive the parcel. The person from Aramex just went into the building without trying to find out where the person was and just left without enquiring about the whereabouts of the person. I then went on to the internet into Aramex's online service,and registered to track my parcel,and checked the Shipment history and the status showed 'Out of Delivery-Remote Delivery Area' and another which showed 'Record created'. On Monday the 14th I went back to Pick n Pay cycad and they said i will need to go to Ladanna to make a follow up,I then called them seeing as Ladanna is far,i was put through to Innocent and he reassured me that they would deliver on the 15th which is today,I made a follow up and the person says they have not deliverd the parcel. What is happening here?!!
