Delivery

Was suppose to receive a present from my mom that she bought in soweto to be delivered to me in the east rand. Was receiving smses to say that the package will be delivered on the 21/08/2024. I have had someone at home since that day and still no delivery then today I got am sms that the package was delivered successfully. I didn't get an calls from the driver confirming if there is anyone to receive the package my house is always locked from the gate so my question is where was this person who signed for the package because the house is locked from the gate. When I called the store to confirm with them how is it possible that I was not informed that I will be receiving the package today, they also don't know. According to the delivery schedule a Themba person signed for the package. I do not know any Themba and don't even have neighbors with the name Themba where did this Themba sign for the package and what confirmation did they have that Themba can receive the package. ***
