Delivery

I dropped my parcel for delivery almost 2weeks now and today its not delivered. When i call Rusterng branch phone is playing music.

I then call head office they promised to contact Rusterng branch to arrange delivery however this was not done. I offered to send somome to collect but they said they will call with regarding that

Bad Service, Lairs dont respect customers. I should have used Postnet as always or PEP
