Delivering parcels to wrong addresses

I’ve been using Aramax for the longest time until now. I have a 2 parcel that we’re suppose to be delivered in Ladybrand and they delivered them to wrong address. Which I immediately informed them and they escaped the matter. A day later they can’t indicate who the driver is and needs to investigate who dropped off the parcel. They said George is the responsible guy but can’t seem to get hold of George. Now Aramax doesn’t want to refund me and they don’t have way forward because they don’t even know the person they delivered too even when they had the address and contact number of the receiver .
