Delivered to the wrong address. Incompetence

For love of going to school. Why do you want us to put contact numbers when u never get to use them. I sent a very personal family gift , with meds inside , only to have the parcel sent to the wrong addresz and wrong person signed for it... Is that not *****.. please read the adress written there , its in Olifants ,Clayville east . Kempton park is the CITY , THE TOWN. That is why we go to school to learn as such . Trackin no is DBP ********** 2352 , please help by readin or callin to confirm the delivery address.
