I'm very disgusted in Aramex, I have a package waiting to be delivered. It's been sitting with you for a week! I can't call you! I can't email you! Nothing! I've tried your online customer service and that doesn't even work! This time of the year, I would think you would be a little more proactive! I need some assistance, as this package is important.
