Delays by lies

I cannot believe the deplorable service I'm receiving from this company, I have been waiting for a single shipment the whole week. My life is on hold because they can't "reach" me on my number which is always active. They can't provide me with proof of these attempts and cannot expedite the process of getting me my package. Sies
