Delayed Parcel /Hijacked vehicle

It’s so sad that I be told that the vehicle has been hijacked with my clients parcel and I’m not guaranteed that I’ll get refunded as the drop box wasn’t insured!

How is it my problem that the drop box wasn’t insured ?

When I bought over 30 sleeves I wasn’t told that ...so are you telling me that I’m risking when I use your services ?

And who must refund the items that were hijacked?

Please get back to me ASAP because what you consultants are telling me doesn’t make sense !!!!! ***-DBP***
