Delayed parcel delivery

I havr been waiting for my parcel to be delivered , the estimated date was 01.10.2025 and still have not received my package . Communication is also very poor from their side and I have been following regarding this still not winning with knowing what and why is it delayed. I’m not sure at this point if my package will be delivered , this is my tracking number ***
