Delayed order delivery

My order was held on customs for over a week close to 2 weeks with no communication.I decided to phone and email them they later responded with an invoice I was made to pay a huge amount I paid since then my order hasn’t been delivered I don’t understand what’s taking so long I only got an update of “customs cleared” no sign of delivery.my estimated time from SHEIN has already passed too💔
