Delayed delivery with no updates

Worst service ever, I ordered from SHEIN and parcel has been stuck since of the 18th September. When I call they say they don’t why the parcel has been stuck for more 2 weeks in one Dubai. When I ask them to find out, they say there’s nothing they can do since my parcel is still out side South Africa, yet they are the responsible courier who received my parcel. I’m really frustrated because I can’t find help, maybe if I was able to call Dubai myself I would. Obviously Aramex doesn’t care about our parcels and the money we paid😏
