DELAYED DELIVERY WITH NO REASON

NEGATIVE ZERO IS MY RATING

I have been waiting for my package from Nike which arrived in SA in less than 5 days, but my parcel have been with Aramex since then and it's been more than 2 weeks now still waiting for my package. When you communicate with them you get same response and more waiting period as they will be saying you will get a respond within 24-48 hours. I will never ever use this courier 🤞
