Delayed delivery. Staff ignoring special arrangements.

Over a period of 3 days I made arrangements to collect a two packages on Saturday from the depot. A company overnighted a parcel to ensure it is here by Saturday. Pretoria confirmed it would arrive in Cape Town for collection in time. Cape Town then confirmed that someone would contact me regarding collection. I am now unable to get hold of anyone at the Cape Town depot as everyone has gone home.

There is not a single delivery that has ever been flawless, from local to international orders such as Amazon.

This is by far the worse courier service in the country. Your staff also always hide behind your switchboard.

I expect this to be resolve soonest and I expect a full refund on my shipping.
