DELAYED DELIVERY & PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Aramex customer service is so pathetic, i just spoke to Anisha doing a follow up on my order and all she could do is hung up on me. I've been waiting for this delivery since the 8th everytime i call i get a different story. I NEED MY PARCEL TODAY!!! i will never use Aramex again and won't even recommend it to anyone.
