Delayed Delivery from Aramex SA for Nike SA Order

Hi

My name is Siyanda Luthuli. I followed up on my order which has been long overdue for delivery("with Aramex SA) looking at the period it arrived at your place. I even attached a screenshort so they can see yourself what i am talking about.

I am suppose to leave tomorrow to KZN and am delayed by this parcel which was promised to be delivered yesterday 19th Dec 2022 after i received a call on Thursday from one of your agents. The order arrived in Gauteng on the 11th of Dec 2022 at their place.

I asked them to Please attend to this asap or i will have to request for a refund from Nike because i can not afford to pay for another flight ticket just because of this order delaying to be delivered with no communication.

In their response they promised that they launched a case for delay and their agent will call which never happened.
