Delayed Delivery

Hi,

I made a purchase with Trendy Wigs Gallery in Pretoria on the 21 June 2022 and they advised that my parcel will be delivered within 72hrs by Aramex, I received an SMS from Aramex on the 28th of June around 8am to say my shipment is out of delivery, I called on the 30th of June to follow up on my Delivery and the lady that was assisting me advised that she is escalating the matter for me as my parcel was not out for delivery as yet and she said Aramex will call me back same day, today it is the 1st of July I haven't received a call from them and I have been communicating with Trendy Wigs Gallery they are saying it is not their problem. I tried to follow-up using Whatsapp and I was chatting with a consultant by the name of Mbali, she ignored my questions and did not bother assisting me, later on the 1st July i received an SMS to say i will have to wait 72hrs. Today it is the 4th July 2022 I haven't received a call from them.
