Delayed delivery

I'm so disappointed, my parcel hasn't been delivered yet since the 19th of March, when I called I was told the address of the recipient was not found and their number does not exist, which is not true. Only later I found out they captured the recipient's contact number incorrectly, different from the one on my receipt. This is not only disappointing but frustrating because now my business is not seen as reliable and no one seems to be held accountable for this. A customer paid on time for a product they wanted for a certain event, and then I delivered my parcel on time at Pick n Pay to have it delivered without any problems since Aramex is known to be reliable. And then this happens.
