Delayed delivery coupled with rude and *********** staff

Worst service ever! Aramex has confirmed that they will be delivering essentials during the Covid-19 pandemic and I specified on the waybill and when I called to track my parcel that it’s study material for my son. Parcel was dropped off on the 16th of April 2020, today is the 28th of April 2020, and my parcel isn’t dispatched for delivery yet. When I called, I spoke to a unprofessional staff member informing me that they made a mistake by not sending it out as an essential despite the efforts I made to ensure that they know it’s essential; he then rudely concluded that “there’s nothing I can do and neither can they, I will just have to wait, I have no choice, it will be delivered on the 30th of April 2020”. My son is a week behind with studies thanks to Aramex!

I will never use this useless courier service for any of my local couriers or international delivery service for my dropshipping company!
