Delayed delivery and poor customer service

This is like the worst delivery company. The online tracking doesn't update. The call centre is frustrating cause you will never have your call answered. The WhatsApp chat is a joke. International package from other companies are delivered quicker than a local package from Aramax. Disappointed... why do companies even use Aramax.
