Delayed delivery and lack of feedback.

I have been using Aramex global shopper for a while now. My recent shipment ********** 032 has been delayed now for over 25 days. I have to keep following up with Aramex to find out what is going on. I do not receive feedback from them even after escalating the problem with ********** 's supervisor. Firstly the amount of the goods on Aramex's website showed it valued at 40$ where the attached receipt clearly states the value of the product being higher than that. I still haven't received my shipment and each person I talk to gives me another story as to why it is delayed. After talking to Tiro's supervisor and making the payment for clearing customs, 7 days has gone by without any feedback as to when this package will be arriving at my doorstep. This is unacceptable, it took the parcel 3 days to travel all the way from America to Johannesburg and over 22 days and counting just to get it delivered to my door. I won't recommend this service to anyone. Poor service and heavy delays just to order a single item from the states.
