Delayed delivery

Pathetic service. Parcel arrived at their Headoffice over a week ago. Delivery drivers lie about attempting deliveries and their contact agents are rude and absolutely useless promising to call back after speaking with manager but not. Check my call history aramex! Use another courier if you don't want to be frustrated.
