Delayed delivery

Poor client service, my parcels sent out on Wednesday last week still nothing from my customers. Now all this is damaging my business reputation because customers payed and never got their parcels till today, when I call I'm told about a third party company which works with for which I'm only hearing about it now. Yesterday I was told they will deliver yesterday, today we checked still nothing
