Delayed Delivery

Hi Aramex Team It's my first time to use your services and guess what...you have the worst service a big company like yours can offer. I have ordered a product from China of which it happened that you're the couriers, and the parcel was swiftly coming from China to Dubai then SA(OR Tambo airport). The parcel was cleared from customs on monday the 5th of February but up until now I have not received it. I have been calling your customer service ********** several times but all the people I spoke to have no idea of what's delaying it .

I was given the customs direct number ********** , called it and waited for 21 minutes without any response until I ran out of airtime. I WILL NOT USE your services again, all I want is for you to bring my parcel then we part ways. I have been using courieIT and others and found no issues until I met you guys.
