Delayed delivery

So disappointed with Aramex store to door service, have dropped my parcel by Picknpay last Thursday the 10th till this day hasn't been collected have tried contacting them to advise on services agreement which is 2 to 3 working days yet nothing today it's a 5th day, my question why promise a service they're not able to fullfi to client or we not worthy it
