Delayed delivery

I am extremely disappointed with Aramex’s service. My package has still not arrived, and it has now been over 10 days. According to the tracking information, the parcel has been sitting in Sandton since the 5th of December, with no further updates or movement since then. I have received no communication, no explanation for the delay, and no indication of when I can expect my package. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers rely on timely delivery. I am requesting urgent assistance and a proper update on the status of my parcel.
