Delayed deliveries

Very poor service delivery. They never stick to their turn around times. On average they take 3 to 4 days to make a delivery and not the 24 hours as advised. On a recent occasion a delivery was made after 4 days to the incorrect receiver and it was signed off. Investigation takes up to a further 48 hours and comes with no apology. I am very disappointed and would not reccomend their services, especially for urgent couriers.
