Delayed Aramex pick up.

Disappointed that the parcel I put in the box just after 12:00 on Saturday only got picked up yesterday (Wednesday). O know there was a public holiday and I know it's the festive season but this is not the service that Aramex advertises, and which I have re**** on over the years. Also this is Boksburg 25 minutes from the airport, not a rural sortie.
