Delayed aramex

I send a parcel through on monday morning around 10 was told the package will be picked up @15:00 i was also advised that the package would be delivered in 72hours on the 18/11/2020 i emailed aramex as no confirmation was received yet regarding delivery i received a mail back from caroline that the parcel will be delivered on the 19/11/202 still no delivery i used aramex as i need the parcel to reach my mom before Saturday 21/11/2020 when will this be delivered aramex tracking number DBP***
