Delayed and broken parcel

A parcel was sent to me (Jhb) from Durban on the 18th Of December to ensure it was here before Christmas. The parcel arrived in January. Nobody replies to emails or answers phone calls. The parcel was broken, shattered to pieces (a frame with a photograph of my recently passed father inside). The shop assistant in Durban insisted it would be safe, the packing said fragile yet the contents look as if they were thrown or sat on. Absolutely disgusting service on every level from admin to drivers to management. I'm still waiting to be contacted. Its now the 17th January 2022.
