Delay on delivery again for the 3rd time

I am still waiting 3 weeks late only one delivery was on done.. Still my parcel sent on the 6th of July hasn't been delivered and information on update on the Aramex app and website is not available.. Can this get sorted we loosing trust in our clients on delivery
