Delay in delivery no answer why.

2 weeks my package has been lying in Sandton with zero movement. Whatsapp chat is a useless form of communication they have to defer service. I don't think I will be ordering from Runway sale again because of the courier they choose to use. Whom also hasn't bothered in assisting with the issue.
