Delay in delivery / cannot find parcel

I'm having the worst experience ever with a courrier company. Its the first that a company cannot simply fetch a parcel and have it delivered speedily as all your ads claim! I've been waiting for a parcel for over two weeks. I have evidence of the waybill, the drop box etc and your people cannot find my parcel. I've sent them tons of emails, and images as evidence of the way bill and drop box and they cannot find my parcel yet have taken payment for said delivery but have failed to deliver. This is absolutely unprofessional, unsafe and down right ***********! You receive a parcel, issue a way bill, TAKE payment and then cannot find the parcel! I am disgusted at the service that I am receiving and the level of incompetence of your staff, this so called service you offer and expect customers to trust that our items are safe! Disgusted! Aramex must be held responsible for this loss!
