Delay in delivery and inaccurate information

I have handed in my package from CT to Boksburg on the 14th of November. I was advised yesterday and the day before that delivery would take place today. When I phoned them today again I was advised that delivery would not be today but only either tomorrow or Friday. Your service has gotten extremely bad since I used your services and this would definitely be the last. Your staff don't care where or when or even if we will receive our packages which we have paid for. You also market the bag to be R99 and then afterwards it is R20 extra for the waybill it is sold separately at Pick n Pay absolutely shocking.
