Delay in delivery and Bad Service

This is the worst courier ever. They always reschedule deliveries without updating you. You will only find out when you call them and their service is unprofessional their customer service when you call seeking help regarding your parcel they are rude. When you call them the strangest thing is them asking me about my race after that the way this other lady was talking to me through the phone I could feel how ****** she is. I don’t recommend this Aramex courier!
