Delay delivery from Aramex
I ordered on items from Nike on the 26th November. Aramex is with my parcel for over 2 weeks now. When I ask about my delivery they lies and say they was no one at home which is not true hence they did not try to call me for delivery. I’m ****ed off with their service is like we did not pay for it. How can they lie to their customers worse they long to answer calls and reply messages from WhatsApp. Poor service from agents!

13 Dec 2024, 17:15Aramex is full of lies. The agents and drivers all they know is to lie. Their system is not make sure when you track your parcel, too many movements when the parcel is with them. How can a Payne out for delivery for more than 3 consecutive days without delivery
