Delay delivery

Hi, my order was created on the 29th January I was supposed to get my delivery on the 6th according to Aramex because when I called on the 9th they told me that they only deliver on Fridays in my area...today I called again several times and I was told that the driver is in Port St Johns. I have customers that are waiting for their orders😭. What do I do in this situation or i should wait for their right time to deliver my parcel? What about my business? What gonna happen to my customers? Is this how they work? Im loosing customers 😭
