DBP*** not delivered since 11 april

Parcel undelivered since 11 April. Client and myself have contacted aramex and client was told he will be called today, which no one has done. client is yelling at me because of your bad service. I send 50+ parcels via aramex in a month, why is this parcel not delivered?
