Day light *******

Aramex's service was appalling! My friends advised me against using them, but I didn't listen. I sent a phone and watch from Pretoria to Paddock, expecting it to arrive within 3-7 working days. The parcel moved quickly from Pretoria to Durban, but then it disappeared. I called the Durban customer care daily for 3 weeks, only to be told it would arrive the next day. Eventually, I was informed that the parcel was in a hijacked truck, and Vani Govender would investigate. After sending her the required documents, she offered me R900, which is not even close to the parcel's value. This is daylight *******!
