Damaged and lost packages

Postnet using Aramax courier South Africa

I sent two parcels on in one day. One to Polokwane and one to Brentwood Park. Polokwane parcel arrived but damaged. So Aramax picked up the picked up the damaged item two weeks later and I give them proof of purchase. Aramax claims that the damaged item is second hand when I know for a fact it's not. The matter the fact is that whether the item is old or new. You guys Aramax damaged the item and need to pay for the damage!

2ND item was sent to Brentwood Park, this parcel went missing.. and now taking about a month to pay out and still waiting.

I will no longer be using theres services as it is very disappointing. I would not suggest using them.

This is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time that is happening. They have lost so many of my parcels.
