Customs taking long to get cleared and no update

I have a parcel coming from China tracking *** . It arrived in their facility in JHB on the 7th of May and went into customs on the 8th. Had to call myself to know whats the hold up and i had already sent a commercial invoice that they needed according to the tracking. Sent it twice and called twice. Second time was assisted by Zithile Twala who had to send an email to Zanele Mqwathi regarding the charges(if any )on the 14th. Still nothing. The status hasn't changed of the parcel mind you it items worth R600 something under 2kg that is taking so long to go through customs. Also app**** online to open an account and im yet to het any feedback from that and it has been 5 days waiting. It worries me coz there might be other parcels coming through them and they can't update anything
